What is missing from this picture?

My running shoes have not seen the road going on three weeks now? I am not lazy just doing other things and no just not showing up. So, this week at some point I better get my bum out on the road unless I want my bum to keep growing.
Also, if I really want to run the whole 5K in September I better keep up my training.
