Too Much Color?

I am starting to get scared that I have too much color in my house. I have a variety of paint cans in my closest now that give me pause. As I type this, my kitchen is half painted...in the color of RED. Now, don't get me wrong, I love all the colors in my house with the exception to my daughters room but I didn't pick out that color. It came with the house and she loves it. So I kept it.

My family and I are making plans to remodel and redecorate our den. I am having a very hard time picking a color for that room. I am going to go neutral I believe. I already have red, blue, chocolate brown, mocca, purple, gray, turquoise, hot pink, and lime green walls in one room or another. (See what I mean about maybe having too much color?) I need a nice warm tone color. I'm not sure what paint I'm going to get but I'm still looking.



Here are a couple of pictures of my den. I love how big this room is, just not the look of it. I don't really love the 1970's decorating, so out with the old and in with the new. I am fairly confident it will look better than how it looks now. We are planning on taking down the paneling, replacing the floors, putting up new trim and updating the wet bar. It will be a whole new room when we are finished.
